booking guidelines

The following guidelines aim to assist you in booking your journey with SMBI Little Bus and should ensure we can maintain an efficient and reliable service.
Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in your booking being rescheduled or cancelled.

When to book?

We pride ourselves on being flexible and resourceful so there is no time frame which you must book within. We recommend pre planned outings be booked in at least a few hours in advance to ensure we have set aside the necessary time to provide your transport. Although it is acceptable, if you choose to book last minute we cannot guarantee we will be able to pick up and deliver you within your timeline.
Online booking - please ensure online bookings are made at least 30 minutes before your required pick up time. If you need a pickup within the next thirty minutes please do not book online, call us instead.

Changing or cancelling Your booking

Please ensure you call us if you need to alter your booking, or cancel.
We can make any necessary changes to your booking in a timely and efficient manager, and our administrators will ensure your booking is corrected.
Please understand that if you do not cancel a booking prior to pickup and we arrive to collect you it can cause an necessary and unreasonable delay to the buses route and schedule.
